  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We strive for accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct them even after order placement 
  • Order acceptance occurs upon shipping, not at submission or confirmation.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
  • You authorize us to charge all amounts due for your order using your chosen payment method.
  • We may suspend or cancel orders due to payment issues like insufficient funds or pending payment checks.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is provided during checkout.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing 

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) on the Service is our property or used under license.
  • You may view and download content for personal use only. Unlawful copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in termination and liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any posted policy updates, constitute the full agreement and supersede all prior agreements.
