Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 6 business days.
Note: Order processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Please note that customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship anywhere in the United States and internationally.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or international shipments.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Shipping Issues & Delays
Challenges such as carrier delays, weather, or customs may impact delivery times. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to info@hellotee.us.
6. Combined Shipping & Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping is available for orders >= $50. For multiple items, shipping is combined whenever possible.
7. Local Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup or same-day delivery is available in selected areas—contact us at info@hellotee.us to arrange.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please:
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Email us within 7 days at info@hellotee.us with photos and tracking info.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.
