Refund policy

At Hellotee, your satisfaction matters! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags intact and in the original packaging.
Excluded items: Sale items, final-clearance items, gift cards.

Email us at info@hellotee.us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send your return shipping label and instructions.
Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Full refund: to your original payment method (minus original shipping, if applicable).
Store credit or exchange: available upon request.
Return shipping: We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

If your item is broken, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
We’ll provide a pre-paid label and swiftly ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of return approval, check your bank or credit statement.
Still don’t see it? Contact us at info@hellotee.us and we'll help! Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase — before shipping. Email us immediately to cancel.
If your order has shipped, please follow our return process above.

We may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date.
